The architectural concept of which was realized by Emre Arolat Architecture; Consisting of 353 residences and 226 offices, the project is equipped with features that can meet all the demands of modern life. The project rises on the site of the old Ali Samiyen Stadium and consists of 3 blocks, two 42-storey residences from 1+1 to 4+1, and a 36-floor office block, varying in size from 100 to 425 square meters.
