🔔 Important Notice: Cloud Configuration Guidelines

Please take note of the following key points regarding Cloud configuration applied to panels:


📌 Project ID Usage

•The Project ID should be used only for a single project.

•The specified Project ID must be assigned exclusively to one project on the Cloud configuration.


📍 A single project refers to:

✔️ Villa

✔️ Residence

✔️ Complex (Single or multiple buildings)

✔️ Housing Estate These projects should operate with a single Project ID and a single Cloud configuration.


⚠️ Rule Violations and Consequences

🚫 The same ID and Cloud configuration must not be used in a different location or project.

❌ If used improperly, the following Cloud rule violation penalties will apply:

🔸 First violation → Project ID and Cloud configuration will be blocked for 1 week.

🔸 Second violation → Cloud support will be permanently revoked.
